When I was growing up I always played “hair dresser”; I used to cut and curl all of my dolls’ hair. There was not a doll in my room with messy or matted hair. In fact, there is not a picture of me in my childhood where I did not have beautifully styled hair (ok, maybe in the 80’s). My love for styling hair is what finally compelled me to attend a Scottsdale beauty school in 1991. I never thought this would be my “job” and not just a hobby. Not only did I enjoy learning how to cut hair the “real” way, I found I loved dealing with people too.
Whether you are a stay at home mom or out in the corporate world, my mission is to help you LOVE your hair. Chicago Avenue Hair Studio offers colorings, cuts, highlights, lowlights, and perms, etc. All hair services come with wash and style and are available for both men and women.
