Greetings! My name is Tamara Hight and I am a wife to Kyle, a devoted mother to Malia and Makena, and a Personal Wine Consultant with The Traveling Vineyard. I started working with The Traveling Vineyard in 2006 after I left “Corporate America” to be at home with my daughter and absolutely love it. I’m paid to drink wine and share my love of wine with others! What more needs to be said?
As the nation’s largest in home wine tasting network, the Traveling Vineyard started 21 years ago in 1986 as a mail order wine company. The company began conducting in home wine tastings in 2003 as a way of eliminating the anxiety and indecision people feel when they are shopping for wines. With The Traveling Vineyard, you can bring the tasting room into your living room by hosting a fun, informal but educational wine tasting complete with five bottles of complimentary wine. The host and their guests learn the four basic steps of wine tasting, the history of the wines, and the art of food/wine pairing, all in the comforts of home. It’s a fantastic way to explore and expand one’s palate and a great opportunity to “try before you buy”.
